What is SMART Recovery?
SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. It’s a program designed to help you:
- Manage your thoughts and feelings
- Stay motivated
- Handle urges
- Build a happier, healthier life
The program is open to anyone dealing with addiction. SMART meetings are supportive, open, and private.

Why Choose SMART?
SMART Recovery takes a different approach. It doesn’t use labels like “addict” or “alcoholic.” Instead, it focuses on positive choices.
You’ll meet people who share similar goals. Together, you’ll celebrate successes and learn from challenges. SMART Recovery is for anyone who wants to make positive changes.
Regular Meetings in 2025
Weekly meetings will begin on Wednesday, 8th January from 10:00 to 11:30 AM at Tree Tops Village. They will run every two weeks until Wednesday, 26th March 2025.
