We Are Changing The Appointment System To Make It Easier

We heard what you said about contacting the doctor and decided we had to change. Many of you told us you found it difficult to get an appointment or speak with your doctor, so we’re introducing a new system in the practice.

These simple changes will mean

It’s easier to get through on the phone, shorter waits to see the doctor,  no wasted journeys to the surgery when you don’t need to come in, no change for a life threatening emergency – call 999 as before and if it’s not an emergency you can save a trip to A&E by calling your GP first.
